Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Most items leave our boutique within 1 to 7 days pending availability. Custom orders and personalized items as indicated in the item description require a 2-8 week lead time depending upon the item. Once a custom or personalized order is placed it cannot be cancelled unless we are unable to ship within the time frame indicated in the item description. Your order will be charged at the time of purchase and considered final.
You'll receive an email confirmation from us. If you need an item urgently, please let us know and we can accommodate and will always let you know if there is a rush fee.
The Left Bank cannot honor typographical errors in price. If we find that there is an error, we will contact the client prior to processing the order.

We ship all packages via UPS or USPS. We do not deliver to post office boxes.

We ship overseas and to Canada using PayPal. Please email us and we will let you know the most economical cost to send.
Methods of Payment & Sales Tax
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We collect applicable sales tax if we are required by law to do so. Sales tax will be to Illinois residents.

Return Policy
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in re-sellable condition with tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of shipment. Personalized, monogrammed, sale and custom items are final sale. Please see the individual item description which will indicate this policy.
Bridal Headpieces : Due to the fragile and one time use nature of bridal headpieces, veils, hair flowers and feathers all hair adornments are not returnable.
Wedding Shoes: Soiled, scuffed, worn shoes with visible toe prints from trying on will not be accepted. These items will be returned back to you at your cost since we do not consider them re-sellable. Shoes must be shipped back in the original boxes and packaging without tape on the actual shoe box.
Sale Items: These items are final sale.
Bridesmaid Jewelry: If you are ordering a quantity of one of more for your attendants, this is considered a custom order which is not returnable or cancellable.
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee on returns is 5% of the returned merchandise, with a minimum restocking fee of $10.00. This fee is Waived for Exchanges. Shipping is the customer's responsibility on all exchanges and returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping and return a partial shipment tallying less than $150, shipping will be added on to your return charged accordingly to our shipping fee schedule.
Please note that this retun policy is for online orders only. Purchases made online are NOT eligible for return in store. Online orders must be returned via postal mail with a "return authorization form." If you have any questions, please telephone or email us for details.
Please contact us prior to returning an item to receive a "return authorization/RA# code" and we will email you a simple pre-approved return form. Items must be shipped back in the original boxes/packaging without tape on the actual jewelry or shoe box. Your account will be credited less any shipping fees. We will not accept return/exchanges without an RA#code. Some items are drop shipped directly from the studio and we will let you know

Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. All of our shipments are insured and require evidence of the damage. Please call or email our store within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will process the claim for you.
