From a very early age...
I've dreamed of having my own business. When I was just four years old, my dear Grandma Genevieve* gave me my first cash register for Christmas and I've been playing store ever since! My love of all things French and jewelry led me to start The Left Bank 18 years ago when I began importing jewelry made in France. Since then, The Left Bank has evolved into a petite haven for French-inspired gifts and a must-stop for brides shopping for beautiful wedding shoes, bridal accessories and a delightful place to indulge in bijoux (that's jewelry, of course!) and other small treasures, all with a French twist.
I feel privileged and very happy to be doing what I love and am grateful to all the loyal customers who have helped establish The Left Bank as "The Soul of Paris in the Heart of Chicago." Merci beaucoup for a fabulous 18 years!
